Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue it would seem you are experiencing an issue with lag in the game
Rainbow Six Siege. I definitely understand and can relate to how frustrating this can be as I also play Siege. No worries though bud I'm here to assist with the networking trouble. Based off the information you provided you shouldn't be experiencing much lag at all, but since you are let's go ahead and troubleshoot the console and network. Here are some articles from our website that I believe can help fix the issue. The first thing I recommend trying is Power Cycling the Xbox One console. The second thing I recommend doing is following the steps listed in the Xbox One Network Troubleshooter. I hope this information helps fix the problem, please let us know how it goes bud.

I have power cycle the xbox already and even reset my router. Nothing seems to help. I have ran through the troubleshooting and it has gotten me nowhere.

Hey John thanks for keeping in touch!
We suggest, if all the above steps have been done, the issue might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:
- There is a stable network connection.
- The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Did they updated the game recently, maybe the lag come from a serve change on their end as well.
suggest to contact both support, microsoft and whoever made Siege

I'm no expert on networking issues, so I can't add much here when it comes to troubleshooting. Although, I did some quick searching around and it seems like others have having similar issues with the same game, which might indicate that the problem is not with your Xbox One X or your connection. It could be the game / servers.
